My wife and I bought a lot in Lake Royale and Hilda was our broker. We were living in New Jersey at the time and did not have the time to see about clearing the lot. She found a company to clear it and before that, we trusted her to mark the trees that would remain and add to the beauty of our lot. Not only did she do that, she made and posted the street sign with the street number for easy location for the builder. Hilda took the time to go to the sanitation department in Louisburg to get the perk permit. She kept her eye on the building process and kept us up to date on everything. We could not have done it without her.
