My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Wake Forest, Lake Royale, Triangle and Triad NC Areas real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I earned a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics education and language arts from North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. My teaching experience spans 25 years as a middle school mathematics and language arts teacher in public and private schools including an orthodox Jewish school in Atlanta. Currently I am Curriculum Specialist for Bunn Middle School.
On April 17, 2010 I was inducted in The Delta Kappa Gamma International Society, Gamma Tau Chapter, Louisburg, NC. This is an international society of women educators.

With over 14 years real estate experience, I attended Barney-Fletcher School of Real Estate in Atlanta, GA and Durham Community College. While in Atlanta, I received the Rising Star Award, Top Sales Award, Top Listing Agent Award and Million Dollar Circle. I was a sales associate with Northside Realty, ReMax Greater Atlanta, and Paul Rice Realty, and served on the Atlanta Real Estate Council as secretary, and a Habitat For Humanity volunteer.
I am a member of the following: The Greater Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, and Bunn Middle School PTA. My company is a partner with Bunn High School Boosters, Louisburg High School, Louisburg College, and Bunn Middle School.
I am the mother of three successful adult children: Lucius, Shonta, and Wavie. I am the grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren, Olivia and Isaac.
On July 28, 2007, I married my soul mate, Dr. Bill Harrison of Montreal, Canada. He is a retired physical chemist researcher having done research for Harvard and Cornell Universities. We enjoy traveling and travel as often as we can. Some of our most recent memorable tours were that of Quebec City, Canada for its 400th anniversary, the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC. and the Gateway Arch (Awesome ride all the way to the top to view the city) in St. Louis, MO. They are a "Must See".
